About HTET 2020

Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test is an entrance exam for filling up various Teacher vacancies in Haryana State. BSEH, Board of School Education Haryana is responsible to conduct this exam. Every year a great number of people appear in this exam to get a job in the teaching field.

  • Name of the Exam: Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET)
  • Name of the Post: PRT, TGT, PGT

HTET Exam Pattern & HTET Syllabus 2020

The HTET exam consist of three levels or you can say that 3 papers which are as follows:

  • PRT or Level-I: For Primary Teacher of Class I to V
  • TGT or Level-II: Trained Graduate Teacher for Class VI to X
  • PGT or Level-III: Post Graduate Teacher for class 11th and 12th

The candidates require different education Qualifications to appear at each level. A candidate can appear in all the levels if he possesses the essential qualification as per the prescribed format by the officials.   • The HTET comprises of 150 M.C.Q. and each question carries 1 mark.
  • There is no negative marking, no penalty for the wrong answer.
  • The paper will be asked in both medium (Hindi & English)
  • The applicants must obtain 60% marks to qualify for this exam.
