How to Download NTSE Admit Card?

NTSE Admit Card will be released for all the candidates who have applied for the posts and are awaiting the availability of the Hall Ticket. The NTSE Admit Card for the offline test will be available on the official website soon as the lock-down is over. The NCERT has notified the candidates through a notice regarding the deferment of the exam. The students should keep a regular tap on the official website regarding more updates of these Admit Card.

  • Post this, click on Download NTSE Admit Card

Contents of NTSE Admit Card

The NTSE Admit Card will contain a lot of information regarding the examination for which the candidate is appearing for the exam. The students must check the following details and report any kind of discrepancies that is present in the hall ticket:

  • Date of Birth

Exam Pattern of NTSE

The students who write the NTSE exam have to appear for two stages to get the final name in the merit list. The NTSE examination will have two stages viz MAT and SAT. The authorities have already conducted the phase 1 examination, the second stage will be conducted soon. The exam pattern of NTSE is as follows:

  • The examination will have 150 questions.
  • The total marks of stage 2 will be equal to 200.
  • The duration of the examination will be 120 minutes.
  • There will be no negative marking in the exam.

NTSE Scholarship

The NTSE or the National Talent Scholarship Examination is held every year to award students scholarships based on their performance in the examination. The examination is awarded to the students ranging from class 11th onwards till PhD level. The students of different classes are subjected to receive scholarship as decided by the NCERT.

  • Class 11th and class 12th- Rs 1250 per month
  • Graduate and Post-Graduate- Rs 2000 per month
  • The scholarship amount of the PhD students will be decided according to the rules of the UGC or United Grant Commission.

Guidelines followed by students while attending NTSE Examination

The candidates who wish to appear for the NTSE examination have to abide by certain rules and regulations to appear for the NTSE exam. The Guidelines which a student has to follow are as follows:

  • The student must print the Admit card 10 days before the examination.
  • The student must reach the examination hall 1 hour before the reporting time to avoid any glitches.
  • The candidate should not carry any prohibited items such as a mobile, calculator.
  • The candidate must avoid any kind of discrepancies in the exam.
  • The students must avoid panic before the exam as it only diverts the brain from concentrations.
  • The aspirant should carry their own pen, sanitizer, masks to the exam hall.
