Latest Update: RRB had issued a notification under which the board had already given the tender for the selection of the exam conducting agency. The board had to issue the admit card of RRB NTPC Stage-1 in the month of April. RRB NTPC Exam Pattern
The selection process of RRB NTPC Excam includes:
- First Stage of CBT
- Second Stage of CBT
- Typing Test (Skill Test) / Aptitude Test
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
RRB NTPC (Stage-I) Exam Pattern Details
- RRB NTPC Stage-I is for screen purposes and will be generally in conformity with the educational standards prescribed for the posts.
- The exam will be conducted online (Computer-based test)
- There will be asked 100 questions from Mathematics, General Intelligence, and Reasoning & General Awareness
- Duration of Exam is 90 Minutes
- The negative marking also considered as 1/3 mark shall be deducted for each wrong answer.

The candidates will be shortlisted for the stage 2 exam on the basis of the normalized score of 1st Stage CBT. Total no. of candidates to be shortlisted shall be 20 times the community wise against the vacancies of posts notified against the RRB NTPC Notification.

As per the official notification, RRB will issue NTPC Admit Card before one week of examination.
