The Vellore Institute of Technology has released the VITEEE Result on the official website of the institute. The students who wish to join the college in the Admission session of 2020-21 cam apply for admission on the official website. The institute gives admission to the students in a range of stream in the B.tech ranging from Computer Science to Electrical Engineer. The students who are shortlisted by the university can then appear for the counseling process.

How to download the VITEEE Result?
The VITEEE Result will be released for the students who will appear in the VITEEE 2021 examination. The examination of VITEEE has been cancelled citing the COVID pandemic hence the students will be selected on the basis of 10+2 marks or JEE Mains result held in January. The VITEEE Result will be released on the official website soon and the candidates will have to check it once it is released. Once the result and the final cut-off is released by the aforesaid institute the students can appear for the counselling process arranged by it. The VITEEE scorecard is a mine of information for the students, the scorecard has to be shown and submitted at the time of the counselling process. Step-wise calculation of VITEEE Score
The VITEEE faculty has a prescribed way of calculating the score universally. The same set of rules are followed for every student participating in the examination. The prescribed marking scheme of the students is as follows:
- According to the rules, 1 mark is allocated to every correct answer marked by the candidate.
- There is no provision of negative marking by the university.
- The maximum marks allotted to the examination is 125. The rank of the student is determined on the basis of the score obtained by the student out of 125.
- There is no provision of rechecking of the answer keys released by the college. The marks obtained are final in the eyes of the college.
VITEEE Counselling
- The students will be called for the counselling process based on their ranks. The students will have to be present on the allotted slot and time.
- Post-registration the students will be allowed branches and campus on the basis of availability and ranks.
- Then the aforesaid authority starts the Document Verification the panel checks all the certificate and documents presented bt the candidate.
- After this, the panel will ask the students to upload their photograph, digital signature, fingerprint and other required documents on the student profile for registration.
Documents required for VITEEE Counselling
There is a prescribed list of documents that the students have to carry in the VITEEE Counselling process after the VITEEE Result are declared. The students who fail to carry any of these documents can lose their seats.
