SSC CGL Selection Process
The selection process for the post will be conducted in four tiers that are as follow:
- Tier-I- Computer Based Examination
- Tier-II- Computer Based Examination
- Tier-III -Descriptive paper
- Tier-IV – Computer Proficiency Test/Data Entry Skill Test and Document Verification
The candidates need to qualify the Tier 1 to be eligible to appear for the next stage. The candidates will be shortlisted for the next stage on the basis of the mark secured in Tier 1 that is Computer Based Examination, and then will appear for the next stage Tier II and Tier III that is Computer Based Examination and Descriptive Paper respectively. After qualifying all the three stages, the applicants need to appear and qualify the next stage Tier 4 that is the computer proficiency test/data entry skill test to be eligible for the posts.
