Eligibility of KVPY
The eligibility of applicants to qualify for the KVPY Application Form are as follows:
- The candidate must be a citizen of India.
- The candidate must fall in the age group of 18-25 years.
- SA- The candidate needs to have completed his class 10th in any stream from a recognised university. The candidate must also have scored at least 75% in Mathematics and Science.
- SX- The candidate needs to have completed his class XIIth in any stream from a recognised university. The candidate must also have scored at least 75% in PCM and Science stream.
- SB- The candidate needs to have completed his graduation first year in any stream from a recognised university. The candidate must also have scored at least 60% in PCM and Science stream.

- Go to the official website of KVPY
- Click on the KVPY Application Form link on the home page.
- post this, apply online for the KVPY Application Form 2020,
- Click on the Apply now for the selected post.
- The registration window will open, click on “New Registration”,
- Fill the information form and enter your important details like Name, number, and email id,
- Enter your details to complete the registration process.
- After that login again using your Registration ID and Password.
- Fill the actual registration form carefully and mention your details carefully
- Now upload required scanned documents and make a payment of application fees.
- After paying your application fees of Rs 1000 for General and OBC while 500 for SC/ST.
- Click on the submit button and take a print out of your application form.
Selection Process of KVPY Application form
The KVPY examination will be held in the online mode for all the three categories viz SA/SB/SX stream. The examination will be held bilingual mode which is both English and Hindi. The duration of the examination will be 3 hours and the maximum questions asked in the examination is 100 questions.
