The IIT Bombay and GATE Authorities have released the GATE Exam Date for the year 2021. According to the official notice, the tentative GATE Exam Date is in February 2020. GATE Exam Date
The GATE Exam Date and schedule along with the paper codes are been released by the examination authorities. The GATE Exam for the session 2021 will be conducted in the first week of February 2021. The students who aspire to appear for the GATE exam can go on with the preparations with full swing. The GATE exam will be a computer-based examination and will contain three subjects viz General Aptitude, Engineering Mathematics, and subject chose by the student. The GATE exam helps the students to pursue M. Tech, PhD or any other higher learning program.

Eligibility Criteria of GATE Exam
The candidate having the following eligibility can apply for GATE 2021:
- The student who wishes to appear for the exam must be Indian by nationality.
- There is no age limit for the candidates as notified by the GATE Authorities to apply and appear in GATE 2021.
- The candidate must have completed his B.Tech in any of the streams to apply for GATE 2021.
- There is no specific percentage as notified by the institute for applying.
How to Register for the GATE Exam?
The GATE Application Form will be available on the official website fro, 2nd week of August 2020. The authorities have already released the GATE Exam Date for the registration and application/The students who are eligible for the GATE exam can fill the application form of GATE. The candidates should follow the following steps which are given below to submit their GATE Application Form 2020.
- Go to the official website of GATE
- Click on the “Apply” tab on the home page.
- Click on GATE Application Form 2020 and read it carefully.
- After reading GATE Notification, click on the proceed button.
- Enter your details to complete the registration process.
- After that login again using your Registration ID and Password.
- Now upload required scanned documents and make a payment of application fees.
- Post this, upload the scanned colored photograph and signature of the candidate,
- Upload the essential certificates as asked by the application form,
- The application fee for the general candidate is Rs 1500 while it is Rs 750 for SC/ST/PWD.
- After paying your application fees click on the submit button and take a print out of your application form.

The GATE Exam is the toughest exam in the country, there are a lot of students who have appeared for the examination but find it very hard to crack the exams.
