  • Click on “Information Bulletin 2023” under the ‘Current Events’ tab

CTET Exam Pattern

There will be two papers of CTET in the form of MCQs, with four alternatives out of which one answer will be correct.

  • Paper 1: This paper is for the students who want to be a teacher for classes I to V.
  • Paper 2: This paper is for the students who want to be a teacher for VI to VIII

Paper 1 & 2: The applicant who want to be a teacher for both levels (classes I to V and classes VI to VIII)

CTET 2023 OMR Sheet and Test Booklet

There is a specific list of instructions that the applicant must follow to use the OMR Sheet and Test Booklet on the exam day:

  • The candidates will find the OMR Sheet placed inside the sealed Test Booklet. They need to take out the OMR Sheet from the Test Booklet after the announcement by the invigilator.
  • The OMR sheet will have the same printed code as it is in the Test Booklet.
  • The OMR Sheet used will be scanned on Optical Scanner. Therefore candidates are advised not to fold, or make any stray marks in the OMR sheet.
  • Both the side of the OMR sheet contains few columns that need to be filled by the candidates with their own ballpoint pen in a neat & accurate manner.

CTET Exam Day Important Instructions

There are specific list of instructions that the applicant must follow on the exam:

  • You need to reach the exam venue 90 minutes before the reporting time
  • Always carry your pen, pencil, and other stationery if allowed in the exam hall
  • You must carry your admit card and other documents to the exam venue
  • There are certain items prohibited in the exam hall such as calculators, mobile phones, and any type of electronic gadget.
  • You should not try to use unfair means in the exam instead do as much as you know
