CAT 2020: Marking Scheme

The CAT exam is conducted in two sessions and therefore difficulty level of both the slots may be different from each other. In order to ensure fairness and equity in the marking process in both the sessions, the process of Normalization is followed to scale the score of each candidate.  The Scaled Scores obtained by this process shall be converted into percentiles for short-listing the candidates.
